Meetings of Whalley Parish Council are held on the 3rd Thursday of every month except December at 7:30pm. The meetings are open to the public. You are encouraged to come along and see 'grassroots' democracy at work.

If you wish to speak to a councillor in private a surgery is held at 6.30pm on the every third Thursday of the month, (except December), at the Old Grammar School.

The Annual Parish Meeting is held in May.
