Dear Councillor,
We are writing to you to request your assistance in obtaining information relating to the provision of parenting support to Lancashire families. The information you provide will inform some of the work of the Best Start in Life board.

The information you provide will contribute to an overall aim of promoting school readiness. To facilitate the gathering of this information we have two surveys that will be open until the 22nd of July 2022. On is aimed at service providers, stakeholders and practitioners and the other is aimed at parents and families (links below).• Preschool parenting support- stakeholder form May 2022

This survey is aimed at service providers, stakeholders and practitioners. It is a short form that is only able to capture one service offer at a time, so if respondents would like to tell us about more than one service delivery offer then they can complete a further form.
