Proposed “Welcome to Whalley” Sign

Whalley Parish Council, in consultation with Ribble Valley Borough Council and Lancashire County Council, is proposing to place a “Welcome to Whalley” sign on land by the boundary into Whalley on Wiswell Lane off the A671.The land is currently unregistered and marked in white. Before we move forward, we’d like to hear from:

  • Local residents and businesses
  • Anyone who may have an interest in this land
  • Members of the public who wish to share views
