Here at Whalley Parish Council we take your privacy seriously and will use your personal information to provide the services you have requested from us.  We will never pass your details on to any other organisation unless you request us to do this to help provide the service you have requested.  

As the first tier of local Government we often have to pass information onto the second tier (Ribble Valley Borough) or the third tier of local Government (Lancashire  County Council).

In submitting an enquiry you will be asked to consent to the possibility of your personal information being passed onto another organisation if we feel that another organisations help is necessary to resolve your personal request.
