Suspicious male Calderstones area 05:28 15/10

I have been sent some footage of a male climbing over a fence from a parking area on Lynwood Close onto Nightingale Close at 05:28 15/10. I have not yet seen any incident logs that reflect crimes at this location and the male isn't seen to commit a crime on this footage but I'm drawing my own conclusions on what this gent may have been up to and as such request that if you live nearby and have CCTV you check your own footage for any suspicious activity at the relevant time.
