ANNUAL PARISH MEETING 27TH APRIL 2023 7PM WHALLEY OLD GRAMMAR SCHOOL

The Annual Parish Meeting is for all electors of the Parish. It is not a meeting of the Parish Council. Anyone is welcome to attend, however, only registered electors of the Parish may speak during the meeting, who have the right not only to attend but also speak on any matter of local interest and are encouraged to do so.
The Chairman of the Council will Chair the meeting who will deliver his annual parish report, share end of year financial accounts, welcome a Guest Speaker (TBC), followed by an Open Public Forum section.
