Meetings of Whalley Parish Council are held on the 3rd Thursday of every month except December at 7.30pm in the Methodist Church Hall. The meetings are open to the public. You are encouraged to come along and see 'grassroots' democracy at work
If you wish to speak to a councillor in private a surgery is held at 6.30pm on the every third Thursday of the month, (except December), at the Methodist Church Hall.
The Annual Parish Meeting is held in May at the Methodist Church Hall at 7.30pm.
